On the 3 drawer cabinet the middle and bottom drawer has a 6" clearance. You would have to use a 24" or 36" 2 drawer cabinet. The clearance would be 10".
If 30" is all you have to work with, you could use base 30 and install rollout trys for your pots and pans.
