What is the durability like for the particle board doors?

How do particle board doors hold up? I don't want problems with doors in 6 months from having some water get on them, or hinge screws pulling out.

Your doors are HDF High Density fiber board. We use grommet s for the hinge screws. They will hold as good as wood. The HDF is stable which, this does not wrap, shrink and contract . This keeps the paint from cracking in the joints. You will see that happening with a wood door. An occasional water spill will not harm the door or finish.
