Yes it can be installed before the countertop is installed. You will have to remove the top angle brace.
can i install this after the cabinet is already assembled? i already have the corner cabinet installed. 2-Shelf with Drawer 32" Banded Wood Kidney- Best Fits Lazy Susan 36"
